Machinery needs a plan, not a truck
An industrial shift is a project. Before anything moves we need the machine list with weight and dimensions, the layout at both sheds, the door and roof height, whether a crane or hydraulic trolley is needed, and how the electrical and utility connections are to be disconnected and refitted.
We visit both sites, then give you a written plan: sequence of machines, equipment needed, crew strength, number of vehicles and expected duration.
Industrial shifting work we handle
- CNC, lathe, press, moulding and packaging machine shifting
- Control panels, compressors, chillers and generators
- Raw material, semi-finished stock and finished goods transfer
- Factory office shifting with computers, files and furniture
- One shed to another stock movement inside Nagpur and the MIDC belts
- Phased machine moves, so the new shed is ready for each load
Working inside MIDC areas
Hingna, Butibori and Kalmeshwar MIDC have their own entry rules, gate passes, weighbridge requirements and shift timings. We plan the truck schedule around the industrial traffic and keep the documentation ready so the vehicles clear the gate without delay.
For heavy machines, a rigging team with rollers, jacks and hydraulic trolleys positions the equipment, and lifting is done with proper slings rather than rope improvisation.
Planning it around your production
Many units shift over a shutdown, a Diwali break or a weekend so production is not disturbed. Tell us your window and we will build the schedule backwards from your restart date, including time for alignment, levelling and reconnection.
